Some authors are daunted by the thought of setting up files with a wholesaler such as IngramSpark or Kindle Direct Publishing. All of those forms, those descriptions, pricing, uploading files, insuring the files are in the correct format, obtaining ISBNs, recognizing BISAC subjects, keyword generation, and all of that metadata. The list goes on but is not only duanting but tedious.

You may be a person who simply wants someone else to do the annoying and boring work. After all, you feel you did the hard work in generating your novel or book. You can afford someone else who has the experience and the time to do what has to be done. If so, Ardent Writer can help!

A reasonably priced service, especially when an author feels his manuscript is ready but needs another set of eyes to weed out  spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

CONTENT EDITING

If your manuscript needs a professional review for continuity, plot disconnects, or a general scrubbing, content editing offers a way to manage your diamond-in-the-rough novel or non-fiction book.

FORMATTING YOUR BOOK FOR PRINT PUBLICATION

if you are apprehensive about preparing your manuscript toward a ready-to-use PDF for a publishing service such as Kindle Direct Publishing or Ingramspark, have no fear, AWP can help!

Using Indesign publishing software, we can prepare a print-ready interior and cover for your use in self-publishing your book that will sparkle and have a professional look. Your input to the look of the interior will be taken before formatting starts.

EBOOK FORMATTING

If you need your book put into a ready-to-use eBook file, simply send your manuscript to AWP where our experienced staff can polish the document into the right format for use with self-publishing companies such as Kindle Direct Publishing or Ingramspark. We will include an epub or other eBook format as requested that will contain an embedded table of contents, allowing for easy search by any buyer. AWP can include images too!

 

COVER DESIGN

Ardent Writer will work with you to advance a cover to your specifications. With a telephone discussion the author can propose elements for his personal treasure and even submit photos he has chosen for background images for his book. Pricing is dependent upon the complexity of the proposed cover design by the author.

Wholesaler Interface

Ardent Writer can submit your book to the wholesaler for you. We will fill out all forms, upload files, create metadata to enhance SEO, and talk to the wholesaler if necessary over any issues with publishing your book. Pricing is dependent on the range of support an author requires for his manuscript after a discussion with AWP.
